FAQ
How long will I have to wait for my results?
On average our raters will get your results back to you within 1-2 days. However it may sometimes take longer. If it takes longer than a week from purchase you are entitled to a refund.
I disagree with my results, what can I do?
You're free to reach out to our team for clarification on how we came to our decisions. We will likely not change our mind however.
What pictures can I submit?
Separate individual pictures or pictures of yourself as a couple are acceptable. We advise you keep filter usage to a minimum as it makes it harder to rate. We do not accept any pictures with nudity.
